PAINTING STUDIO Home Is Where The Art Is Page Two.

" Home is where the heart is, because home is where the art is."  Stephen Craig Rowe
Fall hangs on it's arbor sweeping cold wet winds upon the prairie as the lands give harvests to combines, tractors and fields of green go golden brown hues of purple in the dawn and sunsets.  Husks are swept in a cloud of dust mown as fields are drawn under and into farm machines.  Deer and critters seek refuge in the woods.  Time and tides roll on and each in it's place has and holds a reality.  As near and dear as home.  For that is where the heart is and where the art is.
    As ever be well,
    Stephen Craig Rowe

Stephen, I opened the mail box yesterday and was so surprised and excited. I absolutely adore the original you sent to me. I have already taken it to the frame shop. I chose a tanish matting with a black frame. It will not be ready until next friday. :(

You did not owe me anything for the book. It was a gift. However, I will cherish the painting forever. It was very kind of you to think of me. The colors are perfect shades of reds, tan earthy colors and it's grounded with a slight bit of midnight blue. I can not wait to show it off.

    A kindness is remembered
    long after it's done.

    Thank you,
    Kathleen

I know this song......Is it an old Irish tune? I can not place it. I have read the last few entries and it is wonderful to have a "real" relationship with Beth Marie. I am also glad to hear that the "C" is shrinking. I hope you continue to improve by leaps and bounds.

    again,
    thank you ever so much.

Like most people I love the change of color. These are some of my favorite colors, the oranges, the reds, the yellows, the browns even. I like those colors. I like that it usually means harvest with the fruits and vegetables and all that comes with it. And besides, I love Halloween. For my extended age, I even dress up. :o)
